Thu 31st May       7.30am Well, so much for the good nights sleep I was planning on having, I applied the clove oil about 4 times through the night, and each time it had less effect, until the last time I used it at about half 6, when it has had no effect at all. I'm now sitting here again in agony, so I'm just waiting to phone the dentist now. I'm shaking and I don't know if its the pain, or the thought of the dentist that's making me shake.   I have an appointment in town at 11.45 and apart from that I will be on the FAT2SLIM Forum all day, well that is if I don't get an appointment with he dentist.   Update 8.30pm After a bad week I have now been weighed, I have gained 4.5Lb this week, I have been depressed, and in pain with the toothache I mentioned a few times already,   I'm going to be fine over the next week, and I'm GOING to get it all back off again, without any set backs.   Right, I'm off to sort out the diary pages for the next month. see you on the forum...   Update 1.30am Right I'm still in agony, I'm booked in the dentist at 11.50 in the morning, and the plumber is due to call around 8-9 in the morning to flush out the whole heating system, so I'm just off to bed. I have got no idea if I will sleep, but I'm going to try.
