Hi all, Sorry for the lack of updates over the weekend, I have been up the wall, and not been able to get on the pc much.

On Thursday my Nan was taken into hospital with swollen leg problems (she is nearly 80) and all week end me and my brother have been sorting things out. Also I have been having back trouble again, and my sleep pattern has been all messed up again. This combined with my own pains has kept me off the pc.

I am in a lot of pain, and I'm unsure what has kicked it all of, it started on Thursday with twitching in my leg, then on Friday night I got cramp in my leg whilst in bed, it was really bad, and took about 10 mins to unlock my ankle/leg. this cramp has caused me the have sore muscles all weekend after pulling them. Also I am finding it really hard getting up and down the stair with the combination of problems.

Now today I just feel rough and Ill. I have not been the loo all weekend, and have slept well, I feel "done in". There is some inspector people coming to check up on what needs doing in the house, and to check that the leak we had is fully fixed, and all I know is they are coming between 7am and lunch.

I'm hoping the postman brings me the rest of the site promotion stuff that's on order, I know its been sent, I got one lot on Friday,  so should get the other two boxes today. my normal run around Monday wont be happening today, because I just cant be bothered leaving the house.

I really really really need to get this slimming sorted and back on track, I feel really peed off, and feel like giving the slimming up.

IT WILL NOT HAPPEN THOUGH.. I'm not going to quit on this, but it is getting me down, over the last few weeks my weight has changed in large amounts, starting with an 8.Lb gain after my holiday, then I got it back off with an 8.5Lb loss, the next week another gain of 4Lb, then a 4.5Lb loss, and then this week I gained 5Lb again.

I think this "yoyo" that I'm on probably has something to do with the problems I'm having.

 

I managed to get to Asda yesterday, and sent all the money I had (£80) on "healthy" food, and I have a few ideas for some meals this week. so hopefully I should start to shed the pounds again. I did start off yesterday thinking I will have a jacket potato, I have not had one for months, o I got the beans out, measured a healthy extra of cheese out, and put the potato in the microwave for 20mins. came back 20mins later to find the thing on fire. oops.

so that plan went out the window. a few hours later I made a curry instead, using vegetarian style chicken pieces, and some boil in the bag rice, and noodles, although again I messed the noodles up, they have a band around them, and following the instructions I left the band on them (well the instructions never said to take it off so I never. oops again)

I need some nice easy recipes to follow, on the slimming world plan, so please let me have any you know (post them on the Fat2Slim forum for me).
