Morning people, the sun is shining here in Liverpool, and at the moment I'm feeling much better

I ended up chatting till about 4 this morning, and so have only just got up, and straight back on here as normal, We have a few members who are addicted to the forum now, and are on pretty much 24/7 like Mandy, tams and jet, so I know now, when ever I need support there is always someone close at hand to offer it.

Why not come and join in the chat on the Fat2Slim forum now, and you to can have some of this support.

 

Update 4pm

I'm starting to feel tired again, and I think an early night will be on the cards again tonight, I just hope that when I get there I can stay there.

 

Update 8pm

Well off to bed I go now, I got a chicken foo young from the chip shop, and that's all I have had to eat today, and now, I feel really ill again, think I will be going to the doctors tomorrow now, every couple of days since I got back of holiday I have been feeling ill, so I think I must still have this bug that I had when I  was away,
