Started My 2 Week Pre Opp Diet on the 19th June
(I am Having Gastric Bypass Surgery on the 3Rd July)
Its called the Jelly and Soup Diet and is pure liquids, clear sieved soup and jelly with no actual food
for 2 weeks I can not eat a single thing
