Day 6 of my 2 week no food (Jelly and Soup) pre op Liver Diet

Hi All,

well what a day, I went to Macclesfield at 1pm for my last appointment there before the operation. I was not sure what was going to happen, and had in my mind its just to check I'm coping ok with the diet, and that's exactly what it was for. I had a chat with the bariatric nurse for a while, talked through a few things, and got weighed. Well to my amazement and hers I had lost 15Lb in the 5 days of doing the diet so far. I now weigh 199.2Kg

after the appointment I cam home, and took my mate to pick the new car up, and then later on Simon Chris and me went to the pictures, to see Transformers 2, It was really good, we went the Imax (paid for by Simon). I knew it was going to be hard not having ice cream  or popcorn, but I was good, I just bought a large diet drink and so did Simon, but Chris thought he may as well pay the extra pound and get a large popcorn with it, so he did. I was still fine with that, and made Simon sit in the middle of us so I could not get to it (and I never tried once). Just as the movie was about to start though some young woman came and sat right next to me on the other side, and what did she have in her hand, A bloody HUGE tray of nachos with cheese and chillies all over them. I was drooling, and although tempted the fact that I did not know her stopped me pinching one.

Its now 3am, and I'm just off to bed, night all.
